Arizona State - Week 3

What a bizarre game. A touchdown preventing tackle at the 1 right before half gets a helmet sticker, and a blocked extra point in the 4th quarter secures the 20 - 19 win.

Week 2 - San Jose State

Another game where Bucky looked average against a bad team. Pictures are not as exciting as the trip to Vegas but here goes:

Badgers vs. UNLV - 2010 Week 1

Good News: Badgers are 1 - 0.
Bad News: They only won by 20, while I had -20.5.
Ugly News: See the picture of the couple 2 rows in front of us making out.

UW vs. Minnesota - Hockey

So it was the last game of the year and Bucky already had the 2 spot in the WCHA locked up. As a result, the team played the backup goalie and didn't seem interested in trying to win. As a result we got killed 6 - 1.

Badgers vs. Gophers - Women's Hockey

The family took a trim to see the Badgers play the Gophers in Women's hockey. The best part was Elizabeth chanting "Let's go Bucky" unprovoked to the irritation of the Gopher fans in front of us.

Badgers were up 2 - 1 with 5 minutes to go, but ended up losing.

Badgers vs. Gophers Hoops

Another loss in the Barn. Not too happy about it. Only 2 pieces of good news.
1. I was walking out when they went for the last second dunk. Had I seen it live, I would have lost my mind.

2. No Dogs (see last 2 @Gopher Hoops blogs). Mascot basketball much more enjoyable.

Camp Randall Hockey Game

Drove down to Madison to watch my 2nd outdoor Badger hockey game. Due to the 5pm puck drop, it seemed much colder than at Lambeau.

Badgers scored 2 goals in the final 6 minutes (last goal at 1:30 left) to come back against Michigan, which was nice considering we were sitting infront of a huge group of idiot Michigan fans.

Badgers vs. Michigan (and Alaska - Anchorage)

Another double header Football vs. Michigan in the morning/afternoon and then Hockey in the evening.

Bucky won both games pretty easily.

SI had a tribute to the Heisman. Statue somewhat underwhelming.

After 3 1/2 hours of drinking beer and watching Ohio State beat Iowa, it was time for hockey.

Someone actually volunteered to take our picture. Luckily it was before the lack of sleep and large intake of beer caught up with me.

In my state, "The Guy" was more aggravating than ever.


You can't see the score, but it was 5 - 2. During the game the students had 2 cheers for the team from Alaska that I thought were really original.
