#18 Badgers vs. #1 Ohio State

What felt like the longest day (in a good way) in Badger watching history ended with a big victory over #1 Ohio State. The day consisted of watching the end of Game Day (Corso put on the Bucky head), Wings, a Fishbowl at Wando's, the Badger hoops scrimmage (with Michael Finley), Beers at Regent Street Retreat, Pizza and Spotted cow at Rocky's and finally the game.

Onto the Pictures:

Gameday bus (Gameday pictures are from Kevin's Blackberry resulting in actually pretty good quality)

It's Gameday, Let's Go!

One of 2 Wazzou flags. One of the great college football traditions.

Kevin with a Fishbowl. We somehow finished this with the help of his sister-in-law.

Me and Finley.

Scrimmage shot. White won costing me a dollar.

Kevin and I on the court right before security shooed us off.

Second to last play of the game.

Hells yeah!

Arizona State - Week 3

What a bizarre game. A touchdown preventing tackle at the 1 right before half gets a helmet sticker, and a blocked extra point in the 4th quarter secures the 20 - 19 win.

Not too many good pictures for this game:

With a 2:30 start, we had time to enjoy the best Madison has to offer....Beer on the Terrace and the Onion.

Sparky wouldn't turn our way.

Big blocked extra point.

Week 2 - San Jose State

Another game where Bucky looked average against a bad team. Pictures are not as exciting as the trip to Vegas but here goes:

Way too close a score for such a bad opponent.

Badgers vs. UNLV - 2010 Week 1

Good News: Badgers are 1 - 0.
Bad News: They only won by 20, while I had -20.5.
Ugly News: See the picture of the couple 2 rows in front of us making out.

Onto the pictures.

Family shot before going to the Badger Blast.

This fugly couple were making out most of the night.

Final score. Still slightly annoyed that Bucky didn't cover.

Shot after the game. The guy in front of volunteered to take it.
Notice how it is centered and everything.

UW vs. Minnesota - Hockey

So it was the last game of the year and Bucky already had the 2 spot in the WCHA locked up. As a result, the team played the backup goalie and didn't seem interested in trying to win. As a result we got killed 6 - 1.

Picture time:

Team lining up for starting line announcement.

Only an 'h' away.

Clark much happier with the result that I am.

What a bad game.

Badgers vs. Gophers - Women's Hockey

The family took a trim to see the Badgers play the Gophers in Women's hockey. The best part was Elizabeth chanting "Let's go Bucky" unprovoked to the irritation of the Gopher fans in front of us.

Picture time:

Women lining up for the anthem.

Elizabeth tired of being in pictures with me.

Pictures with Valerie are still ok.

Badgers were up 2 - 1 with 5 minutes to go, but ended up losing.

Badgers vs. Gophers Hoops

Another loss in the Barn. Not too happy about it. Only 2 pieces of good news.
1. I was walking out when they went for the last second dunk. Had I seen it live, I would have lost my mind.

2. No Dogs (see last 2 @Gopher Hoops blogs). Mascot basketball much more enjoyable.

Evans and Lueur. Jon's return was very non-eventful.

This was before the 2 foul shots.

And now the video of the halftime show:

Camp Randall Hockey Game

Drove down to Madison to watch my 2nd outdoor Badger hockey game. Due to the 5pm puck drop, it seemed much colder than at Lambeau.

Badgers scored 2 goals in the final 6 minutes (last goal at 1:30 left) to come back against Michigan, which was nice considering we were sitting infront of a huge group of idiot Michigan fans.

Right before 5:00. Temp about 23 F.

We won, and then it was off to Five Guys.
